Colleen has previously worked in many roles including Advertising and Sales and when she started as a recruitment consultant over 20 years ago with a large agency found her passion but never imagined one day would actually start her own Agency. Since starting MP Resourcing in 2014 she grew the business organically and in 2016 started to build a team. Her husband is now a big part of the Business and together working alongside all MP Resourcing employees continuing a successful and passionate agency. Colleen loves helping people, whether it’s finding the right job or candidate, or simply motivating her team creating a brilliant atmosphere at MP Resourcing.

A bit about Colleen
Her mind works at 100 miles per hour so if she thinks of something funny she just starts laughing, if she has a song in her head she has to stop herself dancing, she can have a conversation with someone and come out with something random because it’s in her head. Finally, she is one of 10% of the worlds' population that is left-handed.
