MP Recruitment Group, friendly and ambitious recruitment agency. Colleen spent many years specialising in the fields of employment and recruitment before beginning her own adventure. Establishing MP Recruitment Group has been a labour of love and it has grown from a one-woman business into an ever-expanding agency. Colleen is driven to do things differently which enables her to get results. This is not only through her experience and understanding of the recruitment sector, but by the support of the exceptional team she surrounds herself with.

We're an independent, family run recruitment agency based in Didcot. We pride ourselves in the personal service that our dedicated team provide to both our candidates and our clients. We are a friendly, fun, focused and local team and the feedback we receive says our refreshing approach to recruitment makes us a pleasure to work with.

MP Recruitment Group

Since the beginning, MP Recruitment were experts in finding fantastic candidates for local businesses in permanent positions. More recently, we began growing more and more into temporary recruitment, and in 2020 we took the next step and launched MP Assistance, a dedicated brand to help companies who are relying on a more flexible and scalable workforce. Meanwhile, MP Recruitment remains as the name in permanent recruitment and continues to place excellent candidates into positions in a wide range of sectors including Admin, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Technology and much more! MP Jobs, also known as Milton Park Jobs, has been offering cost effective recruitment advertising in Oxfordshire for over 15 years, with 100's of local jobs and 1000's of registered job seekers. Most recently, we have launched MP Partnership, a new recruitment contract scheme designed to save companies money on their recruitment when they plan to use us for three or more vacancies.

MP Assistance, MP Partnership and MP Jobs now all sit as brands under the MP Recruitment Group banner. With this new structure, we aim to be able to better market our services and help more businesses and candidates.

Our team consists of consultants with decades of combined experience all of whom have worked in recruitment in the local area. What’s more, we are members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and TEAM, both of which are standard setters within our industry and experts within the field of recruitment. Being members isn’t something that’s given, it has to be earned and MP Recruitment Group are very proud to be members of both of these organisations. We work with companies and candidates at every level, and our knowledge of legislation and compliance within recruitment is without question.
