- Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Help maintain all paperwork and electronic records related to sales
- Input data to CRM and SAGE databases
- Assist in order processing, raising sales orders, proforma invoices and credits
- Liaising with our production department
- Liaising with shipping agents and/or book couriers for customer parts
- Collect and collate data for input to standard reports
- Support sales team with mailshots and market research activities
- Provide support booking customer appointments, travel, and trade show administration
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries when sales team are unavailable, taking messages and/or direct them as appropriate
- Provide support in meeting and greeting in-person visitors (offering refreshments)
About you:
- This role would suit a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Executive with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- You will have good interpersonal skill, able to work both individually and as part of a team
- You will be IT literate with excellent written and oral communication skills

- Office based in Abingdon, Mon – Thursday 08.15 – 17.00 with 45 min lunch.
