- Description
You will manage our small Business Support team to deliver high-quality proactive Business Support to my client. You will be responsible for administrative management, coordinating and managing office facilities, governance and compliance and health and safety. This is an office-based and full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Support team
- Appropriately delegate tasks across the Business Support team
- Proactively strive to develop and optimise Business Support processes and procedures
- Oversee facilities and office management
- Oversee associate onboarding and administration
- Proactively manage, maintain, and optimise business infrastructure including telecoms
- Coordinate and manage external support specialists / advisors
- Manage compliance including GDPR and Cyber Security across the business/health and safety management
- Undertake induction / new starter requirements and appropriate paperwork / administration
- Support the creation, development and maintenance of professional proposals, reports and
- presentations
- Provide support for any project / online portal submissions
- Coordinate company events and conferences
- Point of contact for the offsite team, taking internal calls, assessing priorities, re-directing enquiries and requests as necessary
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an office management/business support lead role
- Good team leadership / people management skills
- Commercial / business acumen
- Excellent / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software
- Excellent / Advanced and creative Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Personable, able to work well in a small team, a relationship builder
- An eye for design style and high-quality delivery
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage personal workload
- Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Competence in booking flights and accommodation
- Familiarity with office equipment including printer
