My Client is a leading processor and recycler in the UK. Established for over 35 years, we have major contracts with local authorities, utility companies and businesses throughout the UK. As a result of continuous business growth, we are looking to recruit a Data Co-Ordinator
Main Duties:
- Liaising with Yard Managers, Line Supervisors and Accounts Department to gather data information.
- Complete Hazard Waste Documents for our customers.
- Complete Goods Issue/Goods Receipt documents.
- Using data received, breakdown/calculate daily figures so you can produce Monthly, Weekly, Quarter End and Yearly reports.
- Monitoring that jobs are processed, and outturns are delivered in a timely manner.
- Organise day-to-day administrative duties gathering information.
- Assist with daily office operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE Maths and English minimum
- Excel, Microsoft, database applications and spreadsheet
- 1 year minimum in an office environment
- Intermediate with Excel and working knowledge of SAP
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with data entry, retrieval, and manipulation, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Experience of working in regulatory environments/compliance, data analysis and reporting.
- Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing.
- Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and resources, displaying effective organisational skills.
- Have a flexible approach to work, punctual, polite and display a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.
- Full-time - 42.5 hrs per week 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (0.5 hour for lunch)
