- Description
- My client is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for all event queries and co-ordinate all event bookings ensuring a smooth and professional experience for delegates, sponsors, speakers and stakeholders.
- They seeking an individual with strong administrative, organisational and time management skills and who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent IT literacy and an eye for detail with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure within a small team.
- This role is an office-based role and operates a hybrid working office, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
- This role does also require some travel for external meeting/events, which may involve overnight stays (approx. 4 times a year) and therefore a willingness to be flexible on hours if necessary.
